Knowledge

I was raised in a real estate household.  My father was a successful broker, so you could say that real estate is "in my blood".  I spent nearly 10 years in corporate relocation before beginning my career as a realtor in 2004, so I've been intimately involved with hundreds of real estate transactions, and thoroughly understand the process of buying and selling a home.  I live and specialize in the East Valley.  Having completed construction of a new home, I am familiar with the process (and the pitfalls!) related to purchasing new construction, and will be a valuable resource to you, should you decide to build a home.
